Whether you work in business, religion, education, or non-profit arenas, all organizational leaders need the same thing - more of the right kind of leaders! How to do that though?
We invite you to join with us on what we call The Leader's Journey to find out. This is a four part training experience over the next two years that our partners from Lifeshape and Chick-fil-A will lead us through.
Before we start to assess any matters of leaders, we must first look at ourselves. We call this first session this September "Leading Self" because if we cannot lead ourselves effectively, how can we possible lead others effectively?
In 2024, we will have 2 more sessions where we will look at the 2nd and 3rd parts of our Leadership Journey. They are Leading Others and Leading Teams. In 2024, we will finish our Leader's Journey by looking at the theme of Leading Organizations.
Whether you are a leader of a few or a leader of many, this training and this experience will prepare you to lead others towards impacting your communities in the most positive ways.

Rob Rabenecker
Rob Rabenecker is the Owner/Operator of two Chick-fil-A restaurants and a food truck in Royal Palm Beach and The Mall at Wellington Green in Florida. Rob leads 185 team members. Rob’s restaurant teams have the mission to create memories by running a business that aligns with the corporate purpose to glorify God by being a faithful steward of all that is entrusted to us and to have a positive influence on all who come in contact with Chick-fil-A. Their core values are People First - Teams and Guests, Opportunities to Grow, A Fun and Safe Place to Work, and Systems Oriented. Prior to Chick-fil-A, Rob enjoyed a 24 year career in professional baseball management. Rob worked for several major league teams, including the Montreal Expos, Atlanta Braves, St. Louis Cardinals and Florida Marlins. Originally from Louisville, Kentucky, Rob graduated from Ohio State University with a Master’s Degree in Sports Management. Rob has served on many business and community boards. Currently he serves on the board of Urban Youth Impact, an organization that assists underserved children and families in the inner city of West Palm Beach. Rob is the recipient of numerous citizen and professional awards, including being inducted into the Florida State League Baseball Hall of Fame and the Palm Beach County Sports Hall of Fame. Rob enjoys sports, history, and serving organizations associated with Chick-fil-A's Lifeshape projects. He is married to former news anchor Chandra Bill-Rabenecker and together they have two adult sons, Ethan and Aidan.
Chandra Bill-Rabenecker
Chandra Bill-Rabenecker works with her husband Rob Rabenecker at their Chick-fil-A restaurants in Royal Palm Beach and The Mall at Wellington Green with courageous influence. Through Chick-fil-A’s Lifeshape philanthropic division, she and her husband teach Chick-fil-A’s unique service model to businesses, students and entrepreneurs around the world. A veteran TV news reporter and prime-time news anchor with an illustrious 30 year career, Chandra has received numerous awards recognizing her professional journalism, hosting, and anti-bias reporting. In 2010 she retired to become a caregiver to her late mother and several other family members. Chandra currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Palm Beach Atlantic University, where she is on the Executive and Governance Committees. Chandra has supported, volunteered, and served as a founding board member for over 15 charitable organizations. Chandra is active in her church both as a volunteer and employee. She has worked as Director of Television, helping establish Christ Fellowship Church’s weekly TV program, and she acted as interim Director of Communications. Chandra loves a challenge, and recently completed a 3-year program to become a business coach with the Townsend Institute. She gardens, cooks, paints, reads, writes and can be found at the gym every day.
Erik Benitez
Erik Benitez is a two-time Owner/Operator of Chick-fil-A restaurants. Based in Delray Beach in Florida, since 2020, he currently leads 93 team members. Erik’s restaurant team has the mission to lead yourself, lead others, and lead in results. Their core values are Ownership, Integrity, Humility, Communication, Teamwork and Hustle. Erik’s career with Chick-fil-A started when he was 16 years old. He continued working full-time while pursuing his business degree from the University of Phoenix. In 2012, Erik was promoted to Grand Opening Supervisor for Chick-fil-A Corporate. That promotion meant that he officially became responsible for opening new restaurants and training new team members. In 2015, Erik was selected to be an Owner/Operator of Chick-fil-A and opened his first restaurant in Jersey City, New Jersey. Erik considers his restaurant as more than just a place to eat — they’re a team, a family, and a community who gather outside of work to celebrate everything from small wins to life milestones. His business also offers growth opportunities to local high school students through L.E.A.D. Academy which provides leadership learnings and service projects. Erik stays active by playing pickleball 2-3 times a week and, as an avid baseball fan, rooting for the New York Yankees. He also enjoys spending time with his wife, Shelley. They enjoy mealtimes together and exploring the gastronomical experiences of other restaurants.
Nicole Moceri
Nicole Moceri is the Owner/Operator of Chick-fil-A Lake Worth in Lake Worth, Florida. Her career with Chick-fil-A has lasted 21 years, and for 15 years she has been an Owner/Operator. Nicole currently leads 125 team members and has a leadership team of over 30 team members. Together they are on track to reach $10.5M in sales this year. Nicole’s Chick-fil-A restaurant team has the mission to passionately grow our team by relentlessly pursuing top notch service and personal excellence. Their core values are Fun, Ownership, and Ambitious. Their efforts have led to winning the Chick-fil-A prestigious Symbol of Success award five times, and Champions Club once. Prior to the freestanding store, Nicole owned and operated a restaurant in a shopping mall for 4 years, also in Jacksonville, Florida. Nicole’s educational background includes a double Bachelor’s degree in Aquaculture and Marine Biology earned in 2004 and a Master’s Degree in Leadership earned in 2014. Nicole’s restaurant serves to provide their community with a family friendly environment and a remarkable experience where everyone is served with a smile. Nicole and her team believe in giving generously to others and often support local charitable organizations, accepting recommendations from community members and guests. As the youngest daughter in a family of six, Nicole grew up in many places because her father was in the United State Air Force for 26 years. Although most of Nicole’s childhood was spent in Rapid City, South Dakota, her family lived in Hawaii, Japan, Montana, Arizona, Michigan, and Minnesota. Nicole continues to enjoy traveling and spending time with her family, which now includes 3 four-legged children of her own. Nicole loves animals, and lives by the motto: “try everything at least once.”
